1. Service Description
Mystnix ("we," "us," or "our") operates kweldoc at kweldoc.com, a web-based tool that generates legal documents based on information you supply. For a one-time flat fee, you receive a print-ready PDF document you can use for your personal needs.
2. Not Legal Advice
The documents and data we provide are informational only and do not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice. We make no guarantee that any document will achieve a particular outcome. Consult a licensed professional for legal or regulatory guidance specific to your situation.
3. Electronic Signatures
For select document types, kweldoc lets you sign your document electronically before download. kweldoc is a signing tool only. We are not a notary, we do not witness signatures, and we do not certify that a signed document is legally sufficient for your jurisdiction or situation. Some document types require notarization or a witness regardless of how they are signed, and using kweldoc's e-signature feature does not satisfy that requirement. You are responsible for confirming what your specific document needs before relying on it.
4. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate information during the document generation process. Mystnix is not liable for errors in your document caused by incorrect information you supplied.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record. All prices are charged once, with no recurring fees or subscriptions. Your document is available for download immediately upon payment confirmation.
6. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Intellectual Property
Documents generated for you are yours to use for personal purposes. You may not resell or redistribute documents generated by this service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mystnix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of kweldoc. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant document.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
