When you use AppealMyTaxes, we collect:

• Property address and assessment details you enter
• Your full name and email address
• Selected comparable properties
• Payment confirmation data (we do not store card numbers)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to:

• Generate your property tax appeal letter
• Process and confirm your payment
• Deliver your PDF download
• Respond to support inquiries

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

Your submission data is stored securely in our database hosted on Supabase (US region). We retain your data for up to 12 months to allow re-download of your letter, after which it is deleted.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by Paddle, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your credit card details. Paddle's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.

5. Cookies

We use only essential session-related storage to maintain your wizard progress. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@appealmytaxes.com. We will delete your submission record within 7 business days.
