1. Information We Collect

When you use kweldoc, we collect:

• Your name, email, addresses and the answers you enter
• Your signature and the time you signed, if you e-sign
• IP address and browser type if you e-sign
• Payment details are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We never see your card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to:

• Generate your document
• Process and confirm your payment
• Deliver your PDF download
• Respond to support inquiries

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

Your submission data is stored securely in our database. We keep your documents so you can download them again. Email support@kweldoc.com to have them deleted, and we will do it within 30 days.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by Paddle, a PCI-compliant payment processor and our merchant of record. We never see or store your credit card details. Paddle's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.

5. Cookies

We use only essential session-related storage to maintain your progress through the document wizard. We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages they view.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your documents at any time by emailing support@kweldoc.com. We will delete them within 30 days.

7. Service Providers

We use the following services to run kweldoc: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Paddle (payments), PostHog (analytics), and Mailform (printing and mailing, only if you buy certified mail).
