Refund Policy
We will issue a full refund if the downloaded PDF is broken, corrupted, or fails to generate correctly. Email support@kweldoc.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
No Outcome Guarantee
Refunds cover document generation failures only, not the outcome of any appeal, filing, or request submitted to a third party. The fee covers generation of the document itself.
